Juanmari Molina

Chief Executive Officer

A bold entrepreneur with a background in Wall Street and real estate investments, Juanmari co-founded Kaab Capital to spearhead sustainable real estate development in the Yucatan Peninsula. Before establishing Kaab, he founded a real estate development firm in México’s Riviera Maya, focusing on residential and masterplan land development projects. Previously, Juanmari was an Originations Associate at Lone Star Funds, a global private equity firm with $95 billion in total aggregate commitments, and an investment banker in Credit Suisse Latin America Division in New York City. Juanmari has a bachelors in finance from Florida International University in Miami, FL and holds an MBA from Babson College in Boston, MA.

Freddie Molina

Chief Investment Officer

An Argentine native with a dynamic background in entrepreneurship and banking, José Alfredo ‘Freddie’ brings extensive and diverse expertise to Kaab Capital. His career spans multiple industries and countries, including a groundbreaking mortgage origination and securitization platform, investment banking, corporate consulting, renewable energy, mass media, real estate, and technology. After relocating to Tulum, Freddie developed a profound passion for sustainable development that harmonizes Mayan heritage with environmental stewardship. As co-leader of Kaab Capital, he is committed to driving sustainable investments that balance environmental responsibility with robust, risk-adjusted returns.
